This one of my favorite dish this is one of my favorite, shrimp cooked with coconut milk (kakang gata) - which is the juice you get out from shredded coconut.Directions:
1. Put the coconut milk (unang piga is the best) on a pan, simmer on low fire . Don't stir.... until oil comes out of it.
2. Put the small shrimps (small size but of course bigger size is good too), stir until cook (orange color)
3. Put a little bit of salt, continue stirring until it thickens
4. Serve with squeezed calamansi with patis (fish sauce) as condiment
So easy isn't it??
