Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I was craving for something different the other night and as usual me and I my mom don't know what to cook kasi sometimes it's nakakasawa na mga ulam. I saw a ground pork on the freezer and thought I'd make a TORTANG GINILING, that we haven't eaten for a long time. And since this is so easy to prepare so i opted to cook it.

Here's is how to cook it...

Ingredients:
3 eggs 1 onion,
3-4 cloves of garlic,
salt and peper
potato cut in small cubes (optional)

Directions:

Saute the garlic, onion, put the ground pork until brown then set aside. Beat the egss and then mix the sauteed ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the pan with oil over medium heat then pour mixture. Turn upside down and it's done.

Yummy Crazy Crepes

I posted this on my main blog and don't you know that this is one of the most popular searched post in that blog? Since I opened this new blog I thought i'd share this here as well..
My niece and I went to Galleria one weekend and we passed by a small stall that caught our attention. There are few people eating and they seem to be enjoying what they have. We got curious about what the stall offers so we had a look.

It was no ordinary crepe bec. you can have different stuff inside of it. You can choose from combination of mango, vanilla ice cream, strawberry, nutella with banana and more. Price range from Php 80-Php 120 +. This is a delicious snack and I can recommend, have you tried one?

Paksiw na Bangus Recipe

This dish is my mom's favorite dish, as she like something sour. She likes to eat this with her hands pouring a bit of patis in her rice. I also remember my grandma loves it but actually this is not my fave one. This is very easy to cook esp. if you are in a hurry and can't think of what ulam you want to serve.

Ingredients:
1 big Bangus milkfish cut into 3 portions (leave the scales on and of course remove the laman loob)
1 ginger cut into small portions (pampaalis ng lansa)

1-2 pcs. of green siling haba pangsigang
1 small ampalaya (optional)
1 small onion
Vinegar
water (just enough)

Pepper and salt to taste

Directions:

Just put all the ingredients in a pan except for the pepper and salt, cover it and let it simmer over medium fire. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot and it is best to eat it with patis.
